Terms of Service
> I have the right to say no to anything
> Do not come to me with multiple characters and ask me to pick one to draw. If you do not come to me with a set character choice/idea, I will decline it until you do.
> Payment Upfront
> No changes after sketch phase
> I will not change anything that deters from my desired style of artwork
> Any great changes will come with an extra charge, such as:
-outfit change
-outfit addition/subtraction
-background change
-anything that involves redrawing
> Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
> Chargebacks made against me after or during the art process remove your rights to everything I have ever made for you, and lose the right to commission my work ever again. I have the right to use the artwork in any way I possibly decide, and your name will be posted publicly.
>I, the artist, hold every right to the art I do.
Therefore, I´m allowed to use the artwork to:
-Promote myself.
-Publish in an art book.1
-Post anywhere.
-Etc
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially(making money of it in any way), taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing any watermarks/signatures, altering the artwork without my(Peachcupp) consent all fall under infringement and I will take action if done so. Commercial rights are an increase of 350% of the original price.Thank you for reading.
