COMMISSION RULES

I will draw:
- Fem presenting
- Male presenting
- Any humanoid character (human/furry/monster/mecha)
- Pretty much any body type.Non-OC commissions receive a 15% discount, as this allows me to use the work for selling purposes.- YCH commissions are all done through Vgen.Do not hesitate to ask questions before filling out a form, if you need to.

> I have the right to say no to anything> I will not change anything that deters from my desired style of artwork> Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.> Chargebacks made against me after or during the art process remove your rights to everything I have ever made for you, and lose the right to commission my work ever again. I have the right to use the artwork in any way I possibly decide, and your name will be posted publicly.>I, the artist, hold every right to the art I do.Therefore, I´m allowed to use the artwork to:-Promote myself.-Publish in an art book.1-Post anywhere.Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially(making money off it in any way), taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing any watermarks/signatures, altering the artwork without my(Peachcupp) consent all fall under infringement and I will take action if done so. Please pay for the right to do so.Thank you for reading.1 Art books that contain commission work will have the name of the commissioner attached to the art.NO REFUNDS.

Terms of Service

> I have the right to say no to anything
> Do not come to me with multiple characters and ask me to pick one to draw. If you do not come to me with a set character choice/idea, I will decline it until you do.
> Payment Upfront
> No changes after sketch phase
> I will not change anything that deters from my desired style of artwork
> Any great changes will come with an extra charge, such as:
-outfit change
-outfit addition/subtraction
-background change
-anything that involves redrawing
> Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
> Chargebacks made against me after or during the art process remove your rights to everything I have ever made for you, and lose the right to commission my work ever again. I have the right to use the artwork in any way I possibly decide, and your name will be posted publicly.
